Hi there!
I'm Nicole, aka NVDK. Right from a wee dot I've always loved being active and competitive, whether it was attempting to hold my breath the longest, racing against my brothers to the letterbox or doing my best in cross country races, I have always strived to achieve excellence.
My first memories of discovering my passion for sport and competitiveness was racing my older brothers down our long driveway, prior to catching the bus. There was no way I could beat them, but every morning I believed today could be that day!
This philosophy has carried me through to today, where I am now lucky enough to be supported by High Performance Sport New Zealand, helping me reach my dream of being one day an Olympic medallist in Triathlon.
